As an integral member of the rehabilitation team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, design individualized treatment plans, and support patients in their recovery journey. Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 2 years
PT-MA
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Weekends: Tues-Sat schedule
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 7 years

Inpatient PT experience
