AMN Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services within a school setting in Roseburg, Oregon. As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders while partnering with educators, families, and support teams to help students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving speech-language services.
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings based on student needs.
Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Provide consultation, training, and resources to school staff on strategies that support communication skills in the classroom.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning efforts.
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and school-based regulations.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellowship School
Experience: New Grad Accepted
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
State SLP License in State of Residence
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
