Travel Physical Therapist job in Kokomo, IN starts ASAP for a 13-week contract at 40 hours per week, working 5x8 day shifts. You will treat a mixed outpatient population including orthopedic, geriatric, vestibular, amputee, and pelvic health patients. Required qualifications are 1+ years of outpatient experience, Indiana PT license, and AHA BLS certification.
