Physical Therapist jobs in Rock Hill, SC let you provide home health care for adults with chronic diseases, wound care, IV, Pleurx, wound vac, post-stroke, post-rehab, and post-joint replacements. You will use Homecare Homebase EMR and manage a caseload of at least 6 points per day and 30 points per week. Shift 8hr Day Shift - 40 Shift Information 0800 - 1700 On Call, Call Back Requirements None Weekend Rotation No Holiday Requirements will work holidays as scheduled Floating Requirements None You must have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience, a BA degree, South Carolina state licensure, and BLS certification.
