Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)
StartDate: 9/21/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $2124.00 - $2189.00

AMN Healthcare is seeking a School Occupational Therapist for a district in Tucson, AZ for the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide occupational therapy evaluations and support for students across multiple campuses, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities in the school environment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), preparing reports, recommending adaptive equipment, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and district staff. A valid Arizona OT license is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with school-based therapy and assessment tools is preferred. Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
Must have relevant State License and Educators Certification
Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply


Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
