Speech & Language Pathologist - Home Health - (SLP - HH)

Travel Speech Language Pathologist jobs in Monroe, NC focus on providing home health-based therapy to adults, mainly geriatric patients, across Anson and Union counties. You will manage a caseload based on a point system, typically handling 5-6 points per day, and treat conditions such as CVA, TBI, dysphagia, apraxia, speech and cognition impairment, cancer, and aphasia. Shift 8hr Day Shift - 40 Shift Information 0800 - 1700 (Monday - Friday) Required qualifications include a state license, BLS, driver’s license, insurance, vehicle, CCCs, and at least 2 years of experience with a minimum of 3 months in home health, including internships. Experience with HomeCare/HomeBase is also required. In this role, you will deliver specialized speech therapy in patients’ homes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help improve communication and swallowing functions.
