13 week assignment in an outpatient environment. Must have compact or Wisconsin license. Free on-site parking

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS

current Wisconsin license or compact license for Rehabilitation
