Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR
Experience: 2 years
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed); CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months

experience in General, GYN, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Thoracic, Robotics (Davinci), Trauma
skills checklist completed within 12 mos
reference dated within 12 mos for job worked within 5 yrs
certified surgical techs must have copy of NBSTSA or NCCT national cert
call is required 1 during week and 1 weekend/4 wks
