Requirements: Resume (Minimum 1+ year of RN Medical-surgical telemetry in acute care facility or hospital experience).Skills checklistBasic Life Support - BLS Certification (must be from AHA- American Heart Association).2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years, Driver's license, Covid Card, and Flu shot. Accepting KY license. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry setting, including patient assessment and IV insertion. Administer medications and perform catheterization while ensuring adherence to BLS protocols. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient data management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies.
