Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days – 4x10s or 3x12s both are available
Requirements:
Min 1 year of experience within the specialty
General, Ortho, Neuro, and Trauma OR experience required
Cerner experience preferred
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
COVID vaccine not required
Active TX RN license (or compact) – Pending license accepted, must be active by start date
Current BLS certification (AHA) – Required
ACLS certification – Preferred
