Role Description
Outpatient Physical Therapist for a busy adult outpatient clinic.
Responsible for evaluating, planning, and providing therapy for patients aged 12–100. Significant portion of caseload is 74% Medicare.
Patient Diagnoses Include:
Balance/Vestibular
Neurological & Parkinson’s
Neck/Back
Shoulders/Knees
General orthopedic conditions
Travelers are welcomed and expected to function as core staff. Floating required.
Requirements
Active Florida PT License – Must be active and included in profile
Minimum 2 years PT experience
Outpatient PT experience required
BLS (AHA) – Required
Prior travel experience highly preferred
Must have strong teamwork, flexibility, and positive attitude
Must complete HWL clinical prescreen + manager interview
