Description:
Job Description: : Accountable for the assessment, coordination delivery and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in an acute patient setting. This role is in the Day Surgery Unit which includes adult and pediatric patients; candidate must be able to work in pre-op/ PACU and post-op areas.
Requirements:
-BLS(AHA)
-ACLS
-PALS
-CA RN Licensure
-2 years of experience as inpatient PACU RN and/or 2 years of experience in an outpatient surgical setting.
Shift: 4x10s variable, 0600-0930 start times. No on-call, no weekend
*closing shift, 0930-1800 may be required to stay late if patient does not meet discharge criteria* (RE)
