Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PACU, including monitoring vital signs, managing pain, and assessing recovery from anesthesia.
Assign and manage patient care across 15 PACU bays in compliance with ASPAN staffing standards.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Participate in on-call rotation as Primary and Backup nurse, ensuring availability for urgent cases.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality improvement protocols.
Support a positive team environment and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
