Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and provide high-quality rehabilitative care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure compliance with therapy protocols.

Responsibilities:

Assist Physical Therapist in delivering prescribed therapy programs.
Help patients perform therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to facility and state guidelines.

Requirements

Active PTA license in [State].
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred (New grads may be considered based on facility).
Strong communication and patient care skills.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
