Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for Adults, Adolescents, and Geriatric patients.
This role involves managing an average caseload of 55 visits per week, utilizing NextGen EHR, and applying advanced evaluation methods such as Fall Risk Assessment and Gross Motor Assessments.
The PT will deliver comprehensive therapy services for orthopedic conditions (e.g., ACL Tear, Rotator Cuff, Osteoarthritis, Disc Herniation) and neurological disorders (e.g., CVA, Parkinson’s Disease, Brachial Plexus Injury).
Professional responsibilities include case management, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a business casual environment.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active state PT license (or eligibility)
Experience: Minimum 1+ years (No new grads)
Expertise in orthopedic and neuro rehab techniques
Familiarity with NextGen EHR
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Ability to manage productivity expectations (55 visits/week)
