License/Certification/Registration:

• Current Pennsylvania RN licensure.
• Meets the AHAS for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.
• Meets the AHA standards for Healthcare Provider (ACLS) and renews ACLS every two years.
• Meets the AHA standards for Healthcare Provider (PALS) and renews PALS every two years.
• Valid National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
