Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a busy orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse caseload while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced outpatient environment.
The caseload is primarily orthopedic, but the therapist must be confident evaluating and treating any patient population that presents, including neurological cases.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
Manage a caseload focused on orthopedic conditions, with exposure to neurological patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide patient education, progression of care, and discharge planning
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high standards of care
Assist with coverage in Dilkon, AZ when needed

Requirements

Arizona PT License or Compact License – Required
Minimum 3 years of outpatient experience – Preferred
Proven experience in Outpatient Orthopedics – Required
Experience treating Neurological patients – Required
Ability to independently manage varied and complex cases
Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills
