Job Details

The facility is seeking a well‑rounded Physical Therapist for a Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity. This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the majority of caseload focused on outpatient services.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and confident managing a variety of patient conditions. Experience or willingness to assist with wound care is considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
Deliver patient‑centered care across orthopedic and general rehab cases
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide documentation in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Assist with wound care as needed (preferred)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience – Required
Experience in Outpatient Physical Therapy – Required
Inpatient experience – Preferred
Willingness to participate in wound care (experience preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
Ability to work independently in a mixed‑setting environment
