Job Details

The facility is seeking a well‑rounded Physical Therapist for a Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity. This position involves providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the majority of the caseload in outpatient rehabilitation.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically confident, and comfortable treating a wide range of conditions. Wound care experience or willingness to assist with wound care is considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
Manage a diverse caseload, primarily focused on outpatient therapy
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document care in accordance with facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Assist with wound care as needed (preferred)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience – Required
Outpatient experience – Required
Inpatient experience – Preferred
Willingness to assist with wound care
Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills
Ability to work independently in a mixed‑setting environment
