Travel Contract for Physical Therapist starting ASAP in Quanah, TX for 13 weeks with Lancesoft - Day Shift - $2846.00/week

• We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a dynamic rehabilitation department serving patients across the entire lifespan—from newborns to hospice-level care. The majority of the caseload is outpatient‑based, with a wide variety of diagnoses.
• In addition to outpatient services, the department also provides therapy coverage for Acute Care and Swing Bed programs. While these settings are required as part of the role, they represent a smaller portion of the overall caseload.
• This position treats a high volume of pediatric patients, making pediatric experience essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a primarily outpatient setting
• Treat patients ranging from newborns through geriatric and hospice populations
• Manage a diverse caseload across orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and general rehabilitation diagnoses
• Provide therapy services for Acute Care and Swing Bed patients as needed
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and carry out interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document care in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
