Job Details

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, assess, and develop treatment plans for patients referred by qualified healthcare practitioners in the State of Texas. The PT will supervise treatment delivery to restore function, improve safety, and prevent disability related to injury, illness, or physical impairment.

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and goal setting
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Supervise therapeutic treatments and physical agents
Ensure safe, effective, patient‑centered care
Document care accurately in Meditech Expanse
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements

Active Texas PT License – Required
Minimum 1 year of PT experience – Required
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Ability to manage caseload independently
