Job Details

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with injuries, illnesses, or functional limitations. The PT will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve patients’ overall quality of life.

Requirements

Degree: DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
License: Active NY PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience: 1+ year preferred, new grads considered
Certifications: CPR/BLS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
