LPN / LVN – Primary Care Clinic (Outpatient)
Location: Iron Mountain, MI (Floating to WI clinics required)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift: 8-Hour Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for a fast-paced Primary Care & Pediatrics outpatient clinic. The LPN will support providers with daily clinical operations, patient care coordination, and administrative nursing duties. This role requires strong clinic experience and the ability to float to nearby primary care locations in Wisconsin as needed.
Responsibilities
Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
Medication refills and prior authorizations
Patient phone calls and care coordination
Vaccine administration
Assisting with acute visits, annual wellness exams, and follow-ups
Supporting a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
Requirements
Active Michigan LPN license (Required)
Active Wisconsin LPN license (Required)
Minimum 2 years of clinic/outpatient experience
BLS certification (Required)
Primary Care and Pediatrics experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
