Travel Assignment for OT for 13 weeks in Danbury, CT starting ASAP with Lancesoft

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Connecticut
• Minimum 1 year of Home Care experience
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR system
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations in home health
