Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits.
Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file.
Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.
Based on the needs of the Home Care office, the visits and hours will be self-scheduled
