We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT), In this role, you will provide high‑quality therapy services across a rural healthcare setting, working with a diverse patient mix including outpatient, inpatient acute, skilled swing‑bed, and occasional home‑health‑style visits depending on facility needs.
You’ll perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient recovery and mobility outcomes. Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of assignment
BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
Minimum 1 year PT experience (CAH or rural experience preferred, but not required)
Experience with outpatient, inpatient, and swing‑bed settings is a plus
Strong ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing, rehab, and provider teams
