Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
Conduct various scans (abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, cardiac, etc., as applicable)
Adjust equipment settings for optimal image quality
Analyze images for technical accuracy before physician review
Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times
Record patient data and document findings accurately in medical records
