Required Qualifications
Active Connecticut State Physical Therapy License
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
Previous experience in a busy outpatient setting

Neurological rehabilitation
Patient evaluations and treatment planning
Developing individualized therapy programs
Patient education and home exercise instruction
