Travel RN (Registered Nurse) Case Manager for 13 weeks in Oakland, CA starting ASAP with Lancesoft - 5x8 hr days - $3259.00/week

Requirements:
Active California RN License (Required)
BLS Certification (AHA/ARC preferred)
Minimum 5 years of RN Case Management experience
Recent Inpatient Acute Hospital Case Management experience is mandatory
Previous travel experience required
Epic experience preferred

Experience with:
Care Coordination
Discharge Planning
Utilization Review
InterQual Criteria
Prior Authorizations
Needs Assessment & DME Coordination
Strong knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and Transition of Care regulations
