Assess patients’ physical and clinical conditions and identify changes in status.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and other treatments safely.
Monitor vital signs, pain levels, intake/output, and other clinical parameters.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other bedside nursing procedures.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition or clinical deterioration.
Communicate patient updates and concerns to physicians and the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions.

Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required

W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time): $29.70
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time): $44.55
Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $1,544.40
Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem: $1,648.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $3,192.40
