Experience: 2 years of outpatient clinic exp, with 1 year of OBGYN clinic
- CA LVN- Certs: BLS & IV/Blood withdraw cert
- First-time travelers accepted: YES
- Special Requirements: Proficiency with blood/lab draws and venipuncture. Secondary OBGYN questionnaire required and will be sent at the time of submission

W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time): $25.00
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time): $37.50

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $1,000.00
Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem: $750.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $1,750.00
