Travel Contract for PT (Physical Therapist) in Cumming, GA - Day Shift - $2627.00/week

Candidate Requirements

No local candidates within 50 miles
Minimum 2 years of experience within the specialty
Active Georgia Physical Therapist License
Current AHA BLS Certification

Candidates must meet one of the following:

Pelvic Health PT (Preferred)
Herman & Wallace Level 1 Certified OR
APTA Pelvic Health Certified

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy
