Job Details

Duration: 03 Months to Long-Term
Shift: 7:00 PM to 07:00 AM (3 days a week, Flexible to work every other weekend)
No of hours:12 Hours/Night and 36 Hours/Week

Job Responsibilities:

Provides or evaluates direct nursing care.
Implements and/or reviews nursing care plans.
Administration of Medications and Treatments.
Provides health care instruction and guidance to individuals, families, community groups and/or nursing home facilities in the management of their health care needs.
Maintains an effective working relationship with other members of the treatment team.
Prepares and submits records, reports, evaluations, and forms.
Participates in and makes recommendations regarding quality assurance activities.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of registered nursing.
Knowledge of quality assurance techniques.
Knowledge of the specific program area of practice.
Knowledge of individual/group dynamics.
Skill in providing health care instruction and guidance to individuals, families, community groups and/or nursing home facilities.
Skill in accurate documentation.
Ability to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plans.

Requirements

At least two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
Relevant experience in LTC (Long term care) and PCC.

Qualifications:

Active RN License for the State of DE
Active BLS/CPR Certificate.
