Travel Contract for Physical Therapist (PT) in Lamar, MO with AMN Healthcare Allied starting ASAP for 13 weeks - x8 hr days

Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1805.35 - $1978.20

PT needed asap SHIFT: Days, 8am - 4:30pm, holidays as needed REQUIRMENTS: BLS 2 years exp in specialty preferred, willing to look at candidates with 1 year exp. and new grads Previous travel exp preferred ALL TRAVELERS: CoxHealth is currently requiring the flu vaccine, please ensure your traveler is willing to obtain if offered prior to submitting MUST live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applying If previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years A Physical Therapist will examine a patient to determine physical impairments related to injury or disease and will develop a plan of care using treatment techniques to address impairments of movement, pain, and tissue healing, with goals of improving function as well as preventing and minimizing disability. Patient population will consist primarily of outpatient orthopedic, geriatric, neurologic, and sports physical therapy.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history willing to look at candidates with 1 year exp. and new grads
Previous travel exp preferred
