Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Hayward, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-CA
Float: To facility 10 minutes away, if available
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
