Pay Rate: $1753.45 - $1921.33
No more than a 30-day work gap, Skills Checklist completed within past year and MUST HAVE references within the past year, no exceptions! 2+ years of experience highly preferred; will consider strong New Grads. Must have Acute/Hospital Experience. Active TX License & BLS required. EMR: Epic.

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
