Pay Rate: $1995.60 - $2186.67
13-week assignment, or longer
Start date 7/14/25/ASAP
Mon-Thurs 4x10s Every other Week
Mon-Fri 4x9s and 1x4 Every other Week
Number of Beds in Unit: Variable - CAH with up to 25 Bed Capacity. Generally Less than 5
Required to Float to Other Units
Predominately Outpatient Care ( 70% outpatient and 30% Inpatient)
MUST HAVE:
Relevant and recent PT experience
Current Colorado PT License
Current BLS
Master of Science in Physical Therapy
Excellent Electronic Record Navigation Skills
Willing to Supervise PTA
Minimum 1 Year Clinic Experience
Strong Orthopedic Skills
Inpatient/Acute Care Experience
Outpatient Experience
Cedaron/APTA Connect and Meditech EMR Experience
PREFERRED:
Doctorate of Physical Therapy
Required Qualifications

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)

Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
