NY licensed professionals are required. Experience with Cerner EMR system is necessary. Proficiency in scanning vascular, OB/GYN, and abdominal areas. Applicants must have ARDMS and RVT certifications. Familiarity with Siemens Accuson equipment is essential. Located in the vibrant city of Poughkeepsie, NY, this ultrasound technician position offers a unique opportunity to explore the beautiful Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park and the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center at Vassar College during your off-hours. Known for its scenic parks and military history, Poughkeepsie provides both urban excitement and peaceful retreat. The role involves working with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, providing vital diagnostic imaging services across multiple disciplines including vascular, general ultrasound, OB/GYN, and abdominal. A typical day includes operating imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality images, and assisting in patient diagnosis. With no on-call duties, you will work shifts from 8 PM to 9 AM every other weekend, in a facility renowned for its high standards in patient care, including stroke care services. Required Qualifications
Sonographer, Vascular Experience: 2 years Certifications: S-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists OR Sonographer, OB/GYN Experience: 2 years OR Sonographer, Diagnostic Experience: 2 years NY licensed
