Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)
StartDate: 9/22/2025 Available Shifts: 6.5 D Pay Rate: $1972.00 - $2051.00

Nestled in the charming town of Pendleton, South Carolina, this opportunity offers a balance of fulfilling work and leisure. Situated in a region known for its rich history and small-town charm, Pendleton provides a welcoming atmosphere surrounded by picturesque landscapes and warm community events. Enjoy engaging in local cultural activities, indulging in the culinary scene, or exploring nearby natural attractions during your downtime. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your primary responsibility will include working with PreK to 6th-grade students, managing a caseload of around 25-30 students. Working within one school location, you will focus on delivering tailored communication interventions. While maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment, you will align with the school year's calendar to ensure consistent student progress. Please note, travelers will not be compensated for school holidays or closures due to teacher workshops or adverse weather conditions.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
State License is Required to Start the Assignment


Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
