Start your assignment ASAP as a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Northern California, with orientation every other week. This 13-week position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a weekend rotation every 4 weeks. The bill rate is $94.00 per hour, with an overtime factor of 1.5. Northern California is known for its stunning landscapes, vibrant cities, and diverse cultural attractions, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure. In this role, you will provide physical therapy services in an acute care hospital setting, working with orthopedic, medical/surgical, and ICU populations. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. A typical day involves working with a diverse patient population, managing therapy equipment, and supporting the rehabilitation team in a fast-paced environment. To qualify, you must hold a valid California Physical Therapist license and have at least 2 years of acute care experience. Experience with orthopedic, med/surg, and ICU populations is required. Credentialing for this assignment requires at least one week prior to the start date, so prompt application is encouraged. The position offers a guaranteed work week (GWW) for both billing and pay, with no on-call requirements. Billing is done weekly, and a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation. Parking and dress code details are to be determined.
