Join our team as a Travel Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room (ST-OR) in Norfolk, VA. You will assist in surgical operations, preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, and helping doctors during surgeries. The facility is a 525-bed tertiary care hospital known for its Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit. It serves as a primary teaching site and offers advanced care in heart and vascular, neurosciences, neurosurgery, urology, oncology, spine care, imaging, behavioral health, maternity, and women’s health, including a state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit.
To qualify, you need certification as a Surgical Technologist, experience in an operating room setting, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR). Preferred candidates will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
