At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19. Preferred Qualifications Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation settings. Advanced certifications in wound care or gerontology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
