In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized care plans, provide direct therapy, document patient progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ rehabilitation and quality of life.
Required qualifications include a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, current state licensure, and strong communication and documentation skills. Experience in skilled nursing or adult rehabilitation is recommended.
