Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $2346.00 - $2417.00
PT- outpatient needed asap for 13 weeks
This facility will not consider any "local" traveler - who resides within 50 miles of facility
EMR: McKesson
Patient ratios can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift.
Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric
Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients
Outpatient setting with ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload.
This position will cover shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy.
Minimum 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required - NO NEW GRADS
Outpatient experience - Required
Inpatient experience - Preferred
BLS (AHA)
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
