Pay Rate: $2222.00 - $2290.00
PT- outpatient needed asap
Facility Setting? Outpatient clinic-at hospital
Number of beds in your facility? Licensed 355
Preferred experience level? Min of 1 year Preferably ortho and neuro
What is the work schedule for this position? Normal business hours
EMR for your facility: Cerner
Scrub colors / dress code: any color scrub no denim-no cartoons, or khaki slacks and polo shirt-any color-no artificial nails or SNS-must be no longer than ¼ of an inch
Parking Location: parking garage or lot across the street- any where that signs do not say visitor or patients or anything else specific (ie clergy, outpatient etc.)
