PT- Outpatient needed asap for 13 weeks ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs MUST be uploaded to Trio. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Cheshire will not consider "Local Travelers" (those who reside within 50 miles of facility). Thank you! Minimum 2+ years current PT experience (No New Grads) MUST SPECIALIZE IN WOMEN'S HEALTH PT Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred EPIC and Expro experience - REQUIRED NH license must be in hand at profile upload This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client. Proofs MUST be uploaded to Trio. De-Escalation Cert must be completed within 7 days of offer acceptance BLS (AHA) Dress Code: Either personal scrubs of any color or business casual (Athleisure/stretchy clothing ok too, but no leggings, crop shirts, etc). No open toe/back shoes.
