Travel Contract for Surgical Tech in Lumberton, NC with AMN Healthcare Allied - x12 hr days

Surgical Technologist - Operating Room - Travel - (Surg Tech - OR)
StartDate: 1/26/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1610.00 - $1710.00

General Information: o Number of ORs: 2 CV ORs o Would prefer at least 2 years of experience. o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Would prefer not to *We desperately need a strong CV CST, if we cannot find an applicant with experience, we will be open to interviewing someone with 1 year CV experience as a last resort Case Type: o CABG, VATS, Fistula Creation/Revision, Pleurx, Permcath Insertion, Amputation, Angiogram, Venogram, Angiogram, Endarterectomy, etc Average # of cases performed in a day: o 1-3 generally, sometimes 5-6 Required Licensure and Certifications: o Scrub Tech: BLS, National certification (CST) – NBSTSA required – MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PROFILE Skills required: o Scrub Tech: able to scrub above cases independently Technology/Equipment: o EMR: Epic o IV pumps: Alaris o Medication dispensing: Omnicell Floating: o Not required, but if they have main OR experience and would be willing to float if needed that would help ensure they aren’t flexed on light days. Orientation: o Dependent on skill level of applicant Scheduling: o Weekend rotation: every other weekend o On call? If so, what is that schedule? Scrub Tech: every other day & every other weekend o Holiday Expectations: Hospital recognized holidays are call-only o RTO: Manager approval o Shift times: In general, Monday – Friday, 6:30-3p but when a CABG is posted arrival time is earlier o Scrub Color: hospital provided Parking: free, staff parking lot and parking deck available

Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months BLS
ST SCL and Reference within a year
