Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR
Experience: 2 years
Certifications(At least one of the following): CERT-IAHCSMM/HSPA-CRCST, CERT-NAHP- NRCST, CERT-NBSTSA- CST
SSN Required
DOB Required
Driver’s License Copy On-File
Meditech EMR
Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
