Travel General Ultrasound Sonographer jobs in Des Moines, IA require at least 24 months of general ultrasound experience, ARDMS AB advanced education including BR advanced discipline, and proficiency with Epic EMR. Day shift: 7:30 start, Monday-Friday - 40 hrs/week: Call - one weekday every week and one weekend every 6th weekend You must be comfortable with pediatric exams and procedures such as heads, spine, pyloric stenosis, and intussusception, and have experience with GE logic E10 equipment. Breast ultrasound experience is highly preferred. First-time travelers are welcome. You will perform general and pediatric ultrasound exams, float between inpatient and emergency department settings, and collaborate with the clinical team.
