Travel Home Health Physical Therapist job in Roseburg, Oregon: Begin your assignment in Roseburg, OR and help patients recover mobility and independence in their homes. You will assess patient abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and document progress in the electronic health record. Responsibilities include educating patients and families, collaborating with healthcare teams, and recommending adaptive equipment as needed1.
Required qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, an active Oregon PT license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with home health documentation systems and at least 2 years as a physical therapist, preferably in home health or rehabilitation, are recommended1.
